Tiger Smart Missile System

The Tiger Smart Missile System is a comprehensive weapon that is manufactured only in two versions: A ground launched tube that can easily snap onto the CLU that allows targeting of ground and some air objects (mainly anti-grav vehicles). It has some thrust-vectoring for additional manueverability but is still a capable missile. It can fly in a top-attack profile or direct line-of-sight if necessary and the onboard sensor shapes the warhead accordingly for best effects.

The second version is an air-launched version, and the only major difference is that the tube is "recoillless in which the rocket exhaust is shot out the back on aerial platforms. The ground version is able to be fired in confined spaces and is designed for the soldier in mind. The CLU can attach to the air-launched version and fire it but there is a backblast concern if fired.

The CLU (Container Launch Unit) can see in both day and night, using thermal sighting either in the Day and Night setting. Additionally the ground version if selected, can accept targeting from a DJINN-equipped unit and allow targeting that way. It is weather-proof and shock proof and the scanner can see five kilometers. The missile itself has a range of ten kilometers and only when accepting a datalink can the weapon be fired effectively at that range.

Weight of the missile and tube (factory sealed) weighs only 20 lb (9 kg) and the CLU weighs 10 lb (4 kg). The air launched version weighs only 17 lbs (7 kg).
